About Mara Lilith Orlandi
Mara Lilith Orlandi was born in Milan. She passionately and continuously pursues eclectic and independent studies on birth, feminism, cultivation, and natural life. Her education includes Natural Hygiene, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing® (Peter Levine's Somatic Approach to Trauma), Perinatal Education (with Piera Maghella at the International Active Birth Movement in Brescia), Prenatal and Birth Workshops (with Dominique Degranges), Permaculture (at the Italian Permaculture Academy). She has attended Birth Imprinting seminars with Dominique Degranges, Infant Massage at A.I.M.I., Radionics and Dowsing with Dr. Demetrio Iero.
At the Al Chine Association in Brugherio (MB), she meets Michelangelo Chiecchi, becoming his student and assistant, and since then, she embraces and deepens her knowledge of the Natural Life System (Philosophy, Nutrition, Natural Practices, Intestinal Hygiene, Connective Tissue Massage, Physiognomy, Reflexology, Metamorphic Technique, and Robert St. John's Metamorphosis). Her subsequent encounter with Gian Carlo Cappello allows her to transfer the knowledge gained from the Natural Life System to the field of agriculture, highlighting their affinities.
Currently, she continues her journey alongside Gian Carlo Cappello as a student, collaborator, cultivator, and disseminator of the Non-method of Elementary Farming, created and spread by him. She is the author of the essay "La separazione dalla Natura Madre" (The Separation from Mother Nature), published in the book "La Civiltà dell'Orto. La Coltivazione Elementare" by Gian Carlo Cappello, Edizioni L'Età dell'Acquario, Turin, 2019.
